A Mashu bag is for a lifetime, not a season. To ensure that you can enjoy your bag for as long as possible, we offer free repairs on all bags for life.
To register your Mashu bag for repairs, simply fill out the form below with your name, email address and a brief overview of the repairs that are needed.
Once received we will send you an email with any follow up questions regarding the repair, and will request images of the damage (please allow 2-3 days for a response). We then will discuss the project with our artisans, and will come back to you with next steps and estimated repair time-frame.
Please note delivery and any taxes/customs incurred on repair shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Repairs will take place in Athens, Greece and can take 2-4 weeks to be sent back to you depending on the nature of the repair and how busy the artisans are during the time of the repair.
