Refund policy

 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right we understand if you change your mind and would like to return your order. Please know that all returns are at the expense of the customer. 

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The item must be returned in perfect condition unused and in original packaging including dust bag. Any returns damaged or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and can be sent back to the customer. 

 Please email us on customercare@itsmashu.com in order to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.

Once your order has been received and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. We will contact you to let you know we have received your item and are processing your refund. For more information on returns or exchange contact us via customercare@itsmashu.com

Please note: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note: If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate the payment of customs fees beforehand so that your parcel is not blocked on arrival. Mashu does not cover the cost of customs fees incurred for return items, so any parcel requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.

If you are returning from the UK please be aware that we cannot cover the expense if the item is returned to us. 

Parcel Tracking: Please ensure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return parcel is your responsibility so any parcel lost during the return will not be refunded.
