Shipping policy

 

We offer free international shipping on orders over £200 to all countries.  Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and a tracking number will be made available within 48 hours of dispatch.

Europe - Via DHL Express or FedEx Express - 1-2 days transit (Taxes and Duties Included)

Rest of the World - Via DHL Express or FedEx Express - 2-4 days transit (Taxes and duties not included)

Import tax and Duties:

Please be aware as the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes implemented by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note: We cover import taxes and duties to the  EU. Our bags are shipped from Athens, Greece. Should you be contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact our customer care customercare@itsmashu.com
